NATURAL RECLAIM

• WHOLE TYRE RECLAIM
  This is manufactured from the used Tyres and can be used for moulded, extruded products. The grades are SUPERFINE, FINE, MEDIUM, COARSE depends on the grain size of the reclaim rubber.
   
• LATEX BASED
  From the NR latex based products like, Gloves(Examination/surgical), Rubber bands, Elasic threads, sheets etc. 
   

2. EPDM RECLAIMS
EPDM RECLAIM FROM REJECTS OF MICROWAVE CURED EPDM PROFILES. It can be used for Moulded, extruded and Auto-tube products. And its phr is upto 40 phr depends on the end product.

3. NBR / NITRILE RECLAIM RUBBER
Powdered NBR reclaim, manufactured From the rejects of the Nitrile Moulded products. It can be used in the compounds for moulded parts, Mats & sheets, Metal-to-Rubber parts, etc. It can be used upto 30% of the total NBR compound.

4. CR / CHOLORPRENERECLAIM RUBBER
Manufactured from the G Type(Sulfur Modified) based products and can be used in the moulded, extruded products and the dynamic application based products. It can be used upto 25 phr.

5. BUTYL RECLAIM

Manufactured from used Butyl Tubes & can be used in the moulded& extruded products.
